* Standard Registration fee: Pre-registration with payment after 15 of January 2012 or onsite.
Your payment must be done in Euro or USD by bank transfer before 03 February 2012.
All applications after 03 of February must be pay onsite. We don’t give any invoices and don’t get any payment by bank transfer after 03 of February 2012.
Currency for payment onsite is UAH only by exchange rate of USD or Euro on date of payment.

We offer to your attention Visiting Packages that make your trip easy.
You can have your trip together. In this case we offer double rooms with 2 separate beds or queen size bed. The additional fee for second person includes breakfasts in hotel, transfer and sightseeing program also in depends on type of your package A, B or C.
If you order the one of the Visiting Packages please take into account that you need to pass us the details of your flight ticket and date for your visit for B and C Packages.

Business Type:
Hotel room: Standard Plus room - A single consists of one room with a bathroom.

Sightseeing program: 5 persons in the group (incl. afternoon and evening meals)
VIP Type:

Please find out beforehand about Ukrainian visa issue for you in Ukrainian Embassy in your country. If you need visa to Ukraine you can arrange the visa issue by yourself or we can offer you legalized invitation letter for visa processing. The type of visa – Tourist.
Please indicated that the point in the application form and we’ll send you detailed information.
Please take into account you’ll need to pay administrations fee for legalized invitation letter and delivery of original to your address by express courier post. The cost for legalized invitation letter & delivery will be included to total cost of application. The cost of delivery will depend on destination and will give by your request.
Please note: Legalized invitation letter give not you any guarantee for positive decision about your visa from Ukrainian Embassy in your country. You pay all additional visa charges directly to Ukrainian Embassy in your country.
If you don’t need Ukrainian visa but you want to have official invitation letter from Organizing Committee of the Healthy Nation please indicate this point in the application form and we’ll send you the confirmation letter by email.
